Horvath has more than a decade of trial experience representing people and families after serious injuries and wrongful death, as well as other civil litigation matters. He represents clients across Memphis and Shelby County navigate life-changing events with clear strategy and thorough preparation. Andrew is a trial attorney well known in the legal community for his passionate advocacy in the courtroom.<\/p>\n<p>He litigates in Tennessee state and federal courts, including circuit and chancery courts, and has argued appeals before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In one notable appeal before the Sixth Circuit, he successfully preserved a jury verdict exceeding $1 million in favor of his client.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law (2014), where he served on the Moot Court Board, competed on the National Mock Trial Team, and received a CALI Award for top performance in Trial Advocacy.
