Meredith & Horvath, PLLC does not charge a consultation fee for personal injury cases. All personal injury matters are handled on a contingency fee basis; a client never pays anything unless a settlement or verdict is reached in their case.
Bryan M. Meredith, Attorney
Bryan M. Meredith grew up in Memphis and has represented thousands of people and businesses in the community with a wide variety of legal matters. He has litigated cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative courts, and other legal venues for over a decade. Bryan has successfully handled hundreds of complex legal matters pre-litigation and in District Courts, Circuit Courts, Chancery Courts, Probate Courts, and General Sessions throughout Tennessee, and has secured millions of dollars for clients by settlements and judgments. Bryan is a dedicated, passionate, and assertive lawyer that tenaciously advocates for his clients.
Attorney Bryan M. Meredith graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Memphis in 2005, where he competed in the Intercollegiate Mock Trial Competition. Bryan received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2007. While in law school, he attended the University of New Mexico Summer Law Institute in Guanajuato, Mexico in 2006.
Bryan and his wife, a nurse practitioner, are blessed with three children.

Andrew M. Horvath, Attorney
Andrew M. Horvath has more than a decade of trial experience representing people and families after serious injuries and wrongful death, as well as other civil litigation matters. He represents clients across Memphis and Shelby County navigate life-changing events with clear strategy and thorough preparation. Andrew is a trial attorney well known in the legal community for his passionate advocacy in the courtroom.
He litigates in Tennessee state and federal courts, including circuit and chancery courts, and has argued appeals before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In one notable appeal before the Sixth Circuit, he successfully preserved a jury verdict exceeding $1 million in favor of his client.
Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law (2014), where he served on the Moot Court Board, competed on the National Mock Trial Team, and received a CALI Award for top performance in Trial Advocacy. He received his B.A. from Hellenic College (2008) and his Master of Divinity from Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology (2011), graduating summa cum laude from both.
Andrew is a member of the Leo Bearman, Sr. American Inn of Court, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and the Memphis Bar Association. Outside of work, Andrew and his wife, Leah (a nurse practitioner), are raising their three wonderful children.
